1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bull999 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the bull999.best website and all services offered therein.

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the bull999 platform, you fully agree to these Terms. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for the duration of your active membership.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Bull999 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make it easy for members to deposit safely and quickly:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same member's name. bull999 does not accept deposits from third parties or pooled funds where ownership cannot be verified. Deposits received from unidentified sources will be returned and the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Bull999 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without hassle. The following withdrawal terms apply to all members:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM200,000 for standard accounts; higher limits may be arranged for VIP members.
• Processing time: 3–5 minutes for e-wallets; 5–15 minutes for FPX / bank.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM50,000: Additional identity verification may be required.

7Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final after the match or session has ended. No appeals will be entertained based on a player's assumptions or presumptions.
• For Sports Betting, the applicable odds are those accepted by the bull999 system at the time the bet is placed, not the odds at the time of the match (except for in-play bets).
• In the event of a technical failure during a Live Casino game, the affected round will be declared void and all wagers will be fully refunded.

9Account Closure & Suspension

A bull999 account may be closed or suspended for a number of reasons:

Before closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled or cancelled, and any net balance (after deducting unfulfilled bonus amounts) will be returned to you within 3 business days.

Voluntary Closure for Responsible Gambling

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the account will be fully restricted and cannot be reactivated until the period expires.
